Camille Huxham has been the Property Manager of 3 rental properties I own in Moorooka, Old that, combined, provide housing for 9 lots of tenants. I have been investing in property both residential and commercial for over 30 years across for different Australian states. Fair to say I 'have been around the block quite a bit' with property and in business. Across this time I look for 3 qualities in the people that I work with - Honesty, Integrity and Trustworthiness. These are essential 'life qualities'. As for work relationship I simply expect "Do what you say you are going to do both in service and timeline communicated'. In the 'property game' very few pass the work relationship test. I have been the great beneficiary of Camille's service and, dare I say, friendship. I have such trust, she 'runs the show' re my 3 investments. Living in Melbourne it gives me a sense of comfort to have not only take care of my interests but she also looks after the tenants. There would not be a week go buy when she does not check-in. Camille is certainly Numero Uno (Number 1) - 'Simply the Best Property Manager I have ever had.
